Here you will see some of the projects we are working on even before they happen. We will post pictures as they actually do happen from beginning to end. The reason behind this page is to show you the customer who we are and what we can do.

There are no limits to imagination. If you dream it, we will build it.

We are going to start with a few drawings we are working on with different architects, builders and designers:

Penthouse Night Club in New York The fireplace is covered in glass with fire running up the walls.

Boise Idaho - International Airport

BoiseCity Council has approved the selected artists to design and build an art glass fireplace with Aquatic Glassel, a cast and fused glass wall feature, and a fabric mural for the new buildings of the Boise Airport. Art projects will complement the modern, curvilinear architecture inspired by Idahos natural resources. This fire pit featured Starfire surrounded by water. We only did the glass and the burners were by another company.

A Few Fireplace Glass Designs
Here is but a few ideas of how you can use aquatic glassel (fireglass) toppers or topping to create some really unique and beautiful designs.

Custom Burners
From Star Shaped burners to Propane and rounds. Our burners can even be custom made to your most creative specifications.

Propane Burners For Fireglass

Custom Burner Sticks. Below is a prototype of custom burners being installed in Nipomo California. These were part of of the Trilogy project by Shea Homes (Pismo Beach).

These are our Center-less Fire Ring Burners. These can be made in any size in steel or stainless steel.

Twin Ribbon Burners. These are 50" long each and powered be an electronic ignition. The will be installed in Santa Barbara California. The ignition system that was powering these burners is a 110 volt 415,000 btu system. The control of the flame height can only be done manually as electronic control is not available as of yet for this unit. At the base of each burner there is a control valve to regulate the flow of fuel to the burner. These are also made in custom sizes as well. If you dream it, we can make it! These can be made with a base or with out. The can be made for propane or natural gas.

The ribbon burner below is made from 1/8" brushed stainless steel. The center was cut by a water jet and then we bent the two center fins down to install the ribbon burner with electronic ignition. The base plate measured 94" x 26" and was installed in San Diego, California. The architect is Kelly Crain of San Diego. We can build these in any size, shape, material and in natural gas or propane.

This was tested in the shop with a minimal of 1/4 lb of natural gas. This burner is capable of at least an 18" ribbon burn. If you look in the center you will see the ignition head for the electronic ignition. Click here to see more ribbon burners.

Here are two interesting new style burner pictures! These are floating flames! It's our pan burner/ manifold with Floating Flames!See other burners in our "Pans Burners and Baskets" page! Float on!

Here are a few pictures of 5 of our Vortex Fires located in the Prive Las Vegas night club located at the Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. These pictures were taken just after construction but the gas was not connected at that time. We will go back later and take pictures of all 5 Vortex Fires burning at one time. The center Vortex is 48" tall, on either side they are 36" tall and the end Vortex Fires are 24" tall. The glass that was used was a clear crystal with only a bottom frame. The top was free floating. These are located just behind the main bar in the large picture window open to the balcony.

Below is one of our newest designs of fireplace pans. This one was designed by the customer for propane and they added remote control. This first pan will be made in Stainless Steel. We will finish this proto type in about 4 to 5 weeks and we will post pictures when we finish. These will be available in stainless steel, steel (painted or bare) or any other metal you desire.

Custom outdoor Fire Pits, Tables, Fountians

Here are several fire pits and water/fire tables. Our customers come to us from all over the country. On this page are features a few works from Las Vegas and San Diego.

The waterfall and fire feature is now being retro fitted with fibre optics in all 14 water falls. We will post the pictures as soon as we are finished or have time to do so. This is a pond-less waterfall as you can see there is no POND! There are 2 = 48" fire pits in the middle of this feature.It is 26 feet wide, 16 feet tall and 18 feet from front to back. This is what you do to unusable hill sides!

Ventless Fireplace Pan Burner

Below is a steel ventless burner being converted to work with fireglass. We covered the front and sides with 5" skirts. These pictures were taken just after the testing. This is a propane ventless burner and these are available in natural gas as well.

The skirts will hide the the valves and the remote control will be moved to the side of the fireplace. This was a ventless burner the customer sent to us for conversion and they asked for us to add a remote to all 4 ven less burners.

All of our sheet metal and welding is now done in house as we acquired a full sheet metal facility.The pictures below are of the same burner as above with Azurlite installed. These 4 ventless burners are being installed in Georgia.

Our Traveling Showroom

This is our beautiful and portable showroom trailer. It carries samples of most of our products. Since 2006, we have been taking our portable trailer to the Palm Springs Village Fest every Thursday night; delighting guest with our unique quality products.

We are displaying over 500 colors and products in the trailer and were always adding more!

RETURN POLICY!

Shipping has become an issue so all orders will and must be signed for. No package will be left at your door unless you sign for it. This is called an indirect or direct signature request. It is also refereed to as a Signature service. If a package or packages are left at your door per your request, you will be the responsible party.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with exceptions only by management
Returned products must be unused and/or unmixed
Returned products must be packaged well to avoid damage in transit, or you will be responsible for the damage
Returned products that are damaged in transit will not be able to be refunded
Refunds will be made towards product cost only
Refunds will not be given for non-product labor costs (consulting fees, installation fees, labor, shipping etc.)
Restock fees may apply depending on which items are being returned. (30% to 70%) Glass/ burning products 30%, Burners 50%, Custom Burners 70%, Metal Pans or any Custom Metal Work, Electronics are not returnable ever!

All returns must have a return authorization (we are not responsible for products being shipped to incorrect addresses due to non-compliance of this policy)
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any custom metal products or electronics what so ever!
No returns will be accepted for ICS/ Fire Falls, or any other standard or custom fire pits.
No returns on products that contain electronics (if they were used or installed)
We are not responsible for local codes and or if any of our products are or are not approved. Please check with your local building department or governing agencies for proper approvals before purchasing. Custom built or designed items are not returnable for any reason.
